These Terms of Service apply exclusively to the current closed beta version of Soryno. The platform is under active development and functionality, availability, and content may change at any time.

These terms govern the use of the Soryno beta platform, including the submission and management of software listings and related services provided during the beta phase.
2. Beta status
Soryno is currently provided as a closed beta. Features may be incomplete, experimental, or temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
3. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Only submit content you have the rights to use
- Do not upload unlawful, misleading, or harmful content
- Respect other users and the platform
4. Listings & content
By submitting a listing, you grant Soryno the right to review, display, and reference the submitted content within the platform during the beta phase. Ownership of your content remains with you.
5. No liability
The platform is provided “as is” during the beta phase. To the extent permitted by law, Soryno assumes no liability for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of the beta platform.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the beta platform at any time, especially in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.
